I started taking it at 37w. Dunno if/how it’s working because I haven’t had her but my cervix was super soft at 38w

I have a bottle waiting 😂. I used ot with my last pregnancy. I use the twice a day vaginally. the softgels . I think they help.

I took it with three of my pregnancies vaginally and don’t know if it was actually the capsules or not helping but I didn’t tear or anything and no side effects from them 🤷🏽‍♀️

@vanesgarcia, how much did you take and orally or vaginally? The vaginal part kind of freaks me out lol
