When did you mamas feel your babies & how did you get them to move 🤰🏽

First was 19 weeks, i was so skinny back then like under 7 stone I could feel him love from the outside too a little bit, my second I started getting butterflies around 15 weeks and small movements on and off till 22 weeks before they bacame consistent x

@amybentley, I’m 14 weeks I get the odd flutter then get worried when I don’t feel bubba for a few days this is bubba number 3 x

@mamaofthree21 it's completely normal not to feel them everyday till around 24 weeks, baby is still so small, I wouldn't worry :) xx

@amybentley, I’m a very worrying person I used to phone the hospital up with my first one every 2 weeks x

@mamaofthree21 Awh bless you, I bought a doppler with my second, I know they tell you not too but it reassured me xx

@amybentley, I was up the early pregnancy unit all the time they were sick of seeing me x

I never felt full movements till gone 17 weeks

16 weeks, my placenta is at the back so I got to feel it early.

@mamaofthree21, they should tell you when you go for your scan. Have you had your 12 weeks scan - on the form it should say whether it’s posterior, anterior etc

@mamaofthree21, can’t actually see it on there. Maybe when you next see your midwife at 16 weeks she maybe to look up on the computer to see if it tells you or ask when you go for your next scan. Usually if you have anterior placenta you tend to feel it later but then again you have two sons so it could be different and you might feel it earlier.

They can’t tell you until your 20 week scan were your placenta is normally x

I’m 24 weeks with my second I’ve only been feeling her move for the last 10 days or so. Same with my first I didn’t feel him until 24 weeks. My placenta is at the front x
