Lice. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Dd came back from her fathers mom’s house with lice. Okay, I know it happens to any one, but when I wrote his mom to let her know she had it, she asked me “where did she get that from?” They have two kids who are in daycare daily there, so I told her she should probably check them, because we have just been home. Nobody has been over and the only place she has gone is over there. I treated her hair, ds’s hair because he had nits I checked dh and he checked me and we were clean. Then bam yesterday I get out of the shower and comb my hair and find two. So now, I’m 30 weeks pregnant and have to treat my hair for lice with olive oil and vinegar. I really hope I caught it early on me because my hair is to my waist and really thick. I combed for a while and only found two, but where there’s one there’s a lot more. On top of this dh popped his shoulder out swimming yesterday, and we have to see a surgeon because this is the 5th time it’s happened in 2 years.
I’m sorry this is so long, I’ve had some really really bad luck the past few days.
Ugh, I know what you mean we went through that a few years ago.Tea tree oil does work I add some in our hair shampoo (a couple of drops) & make sure what @sweetsap88, said wash everything in hot water.
I have washed everything in hot water, although I will have to again. 😔 The kit I did on them came with plastic combs. Dd has no live bugs in her hair but hundreds of nits, even with me combing three times a day. I’m going tomorrow to get a metal comb. If this doesn’t work I’m calling the clinic. 🤦🏻♀️
