@em93bbourn hope u don't mind me asking.. but how much did u pay for your suitcase and where from? I am currently looking for a small suitcase like that for labour and just checking prices/places xx

@karla22, I don’t mind at all :) I got this for my hospital bag in the end as I liked the colour haha! it’s from eBay and it was £25 they had a few different colours.. but I also saw the same one in silver in ‘home bargains’ yesterday for £25. xx

@em93bbourn oh ok cool! Would it fit my stuff and baby's? Or would I need a holdall or something? For my first I literally had a weekend bag. I fitted everything in apart from snacks because I forgot to put some in and I didn't take a dressing gown (which I would have loved.. so it's coming with me this time!) Good job I was only in 1 night xx

@karla22, I’m hoping it will fit in both baby & mine. If you had a weekend bag before it will be fine hun. It was like the size of a hand luggage suitcase :) & id need a bag this size just for snacks lmao 🤣.. I think this suitcase will be perfect for everything if I pack smartly and not get my ‘just in case’ head on lol but my OH can grab some extras if we need it 😂 it’s a hard shell as well and had wheels 💜💜 xx

@em93bbourn that's good then! I have already made a list of things to take.. including snacks and dressing gown lol! I am not fussed if it's a hard shell or not but if price is only slighter higher I might just get hard shell. I will go have a look in home bargains this week xx

@karla22, yeah I dunno it’s quite handy for me to have one anyway as I’m forever staying at my mums and that as well so thought I’d spend a little more ha! yeah it’s good to just have a browse about see what’s best 😁😁 ha! I need to make a list I’ve not really thought about what I need to take yet just all been about baby 😂 xx

@em93bbourn well I thought it would be easier this time if me or OH can just pull suitcase along instead of lugging bag and car seat when shes born etc. My daughter said I could use hers (its a little kids minnie mouse pull along hard shell one! Lol) xx
