Why Am I Bleeding So Much Despite Being Pregnant?

So as some of u will of read. The other night i went to hospital to brown discharge and got the all clear.. So yestaday morning I woke up and lost a hell of alot of blood and even clots. Me and my partner and even my family were all a emotional mess. There was that much we knew it ment I miscarried.. then there was the mess of ambulance and hospitals.. ended up at a hospital just over an hour away from me.. I got there they did bloods etc and we all fall to floor as the nude and doctor come back and tell us im.still PREGNANT what? Obviously we happy cry.. but why am I bleeding so much? I'm on my period? Are u normally really heavy? What? Yeah I am.. anyways they did all that and I'm 100% pregnant.. then they wanted to try get me in for a scan to double check etc.. they messed about that much I missed the slot 😔 ended up with another doctors who looks down below me etc.. says in deffo pregnant and well etc BUT something to do with in starting to open slightly. Inside of me? But it's tiny can't even get a finger or owt.. so I'm now at risk of a miscarriage 😢😢😢 I may not but I might do too 😢 and I'm now on bed rest for a week. So after a hell of a day and emotional and draining. We finally get good news to then end it with even more worry that I'm still at risk of losing the baby 😢😢😢😢 please someone tell me they got told same and still okay....
