I had a doctor appt today (thankfully my dr works till 2 on Saturdays) and I have Strep throat! I knew in children strep could cause a rash but didn't think of adults! Today my throat is so sore I can barely swallow with a headache and cough so it all makes sense 👍
Does anyone get sick really easy now ur pregnant I have been getting strep throat so easy and I never got strep throat b4 It was never this easy to get sick???
Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃
I think I've decided to let my doc sweep my membranes today. So my son will be here today!
What would you guys do in this situation? I’m so undecided. I was diagnosed with strep throat like the week before thanksgiving, took all the antibiotics, and everything was fine. Then a week and a half ago my throat started hurting the same way yet again, so I finally went to the doctor last wednesday and once again tested positive for strep, and got more antibiotics. I was fine and it looked almost cleared up for a couple days, but then yesterday my throat started hurting agaaaiiiinnn and it looks almost worse today than it did last week. I’m on the antibiotics until I think Saturday morning, but it doesnt look like the cephalexin (I’m allergic to amoxicillin) is even touching it this time. I have an appointment with my OB next tuesday, but I’m starting to wonder if I should try to see a doctor sooner (like tomorrow) to see if there’s anything else they can give me. Any input of this makes sense? Basically I’m just wondering if I should give the antibiotics another day or two, or just go see the doctor again.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
