I would recommend you start helping your body prepare..
Evening Primrose Oil and Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. Neither will induce you but will help you prepare for labor. Make sure your doctor allows it though!! I took it for a week and ended up delivering 2 weeks sooner than my due date.. not sure if that was destiny or the two together helped. But my baby boy was born at a healthy 7lbs 5oz and 19.5 inches long.
Please don't drink this concoction. Let your body do its thing naturally, that will be safer for you & baby!
The only "natural" way to induce labor is to just wait for your body to do it. You're not full term yet anyway so I wouldn't even start with the stretches or anything yet.
I've heard it's just a recipe for a bad case of vomit and diarrhea. Your body won't go into labor no matter what you do if baby isn't ready😕

No but I've read multiple stories by women who have done it and either had their baby end up fighting for their life or actually die because of it.
But always make sure your doctor clears you for the regimen!!
