Ladies I need advice so tomorrow is Father's day. And her dad wants to come get her and take her out etc. But im not down for it because just a month ago he put his hands on me. I already reported him twice. But they never locked him up and he just thinks he can just keep popping up at my house. I have told his probation officer. Made it clear I don't want him around. Am I wrong for keeping him away? I know he might try to cause a scene. Or try to threaten to take her away from me and so on..

No. Especially not without a custody order. He could come see her or you could go to dinner with him but I wouldn’t let him take her without you there.

I definitely agree. You’re not wrong and you want to set a good example for your LO even if she doesn’t fully understand. His bad choice determined what is happening
