Ovulation pain, yes it’s common. She just worded it weird lol

I’ve heard of women feeling when they ovulate. It’s like cramping when the egg sac ruptures and comes down the fallopian. I’ve never felt it or known anybody that has, but I’ve read about it!!

I have PCOS and can feel myself ovulating because I cramp in my ovaries but I can never feel it “coming down” I just feel painful cramps in my ovaries
