I have a tightness under my right boob and it hurts to breath what in the hell...maybe I pulled…

If it's not a pulled muscle there's a possibility it could be your gallbladder. Assuming you still have yours. I had to have mine removed when I was 22.

Just under the edge of the ribcage on the right side.

@mommynmotion honestly it's one of those organs that isn't necessary but we got one anyway. Surgery isn't bad, they make a small incision on the bottom side of your belly button and 3 more small incisions along your side. They use a laser and cameras to go in and blast it away. But for me when I had attacks it felt like someone had a rope wrapped around me connected to my muscles pulling it tighter and tighter. They eventually got so bad that I ended up in the hospital because I couldn't stop throwing up from the pain. I had surgery the next day and went home that afternoon.

Pain radiating into the back is gallbladder.
