Anyone have 2 under 2 and only breastfeed the younger one?
I formula fed my first and she will be 2 a month after the new baby is born. She is also mostly non verbal other than being able to say momma. I want to breastfeed the new baby but I'm afraid that I won't be able to properly care for my other daughter if I have a baby on my boob 24/7. Thoughts?

I’m about to go throw the same thing. My oldest will be 1 next month and my baby boy is due in August but I think he’ll be here next month. I tried to breastfeed my first but it didn’t work out so I’m going to try with baby boy. I so hope I can! Sorry I didn’t help lol just wanted to let you know you’re not alone

You may need more help initially but once you get the hang of it you shouldn't have too many problems. Some mom's make a safe area for the older child to play while you breastfeed and care for newborn. Use special snacks or toys to encourage your other so you can have some time. Babywearing is also another way you can get things done and feed at the same time.
