How if the actual world did they NOT see this I think you have a case first off your leaking spinal fluid second your baby broke his collar bone and they didn’t say anything

This is a "birth injury". Your doctor may act like it's normal or common. He is covering his ass. Baby bones are very pliable. That means they bend easily to get through the birth canal. It's very hard to break a baby bone. So imagine what it took to break it.

It will heal on it's own very quickly. But you do have a case for birth injury if you take it to a lawyer.

@i_accidentally, No only when you touch it really. We didn’t know until the doctor was giving him his exam and said he felt crushed bones.
