I just found out I am pregnant yesterday. I already have 2 girls. One is 10 years old and the other is 6 years old. I am having the last one now and tying my tubes for good. Plus I have to have all my kids C-section.

I know they have to cut but were you awake? Can being put to sleep be an option? I don’t want local numbing lol I have to be sleep for my nerves sake
