Finally told my dr about the panic attacks while at my daughters check up he gave me somethingfor anxiety and will evaluate me more at my appointment to see if I have ppd 😐

Im so proud that you got the help you needed. Some many Mamas are ashamed and forego the help because they feel like they will be judged for it. Ppd is no one's fault. We can't help having it and the best thing we can do is make sure to get the help we need so we can be the best Mamas that they need. Hang in there you are not alone
