For those who had a baby shower before, did you plan it by yourself? You plan it with somebody else to assist? Or leave it to someone else

I did most of the planning but my mom did help out a lot and I assigned a lot of family memembers to help with things. I knew if I would've left it up go someone I probably wouldn't have had a babyshower lol. I hate relying on others as well lol
