Super stressed!!!!
Just went to L&D because I thought I was having contractions (I wasn't) only to find out that my babygirl has managed to turn BACK AROUND and is no longer breech.
The reason I'm stressing is that I don't know what to do now. Do I keep my scheduled c-section appt, or do I let babygirl do her thing? With my son I went a week overdue, and this little one is so unpredictable that idk what I should do.
@boymom_ yes mine is scheduled for 39w2d. And no ur insight is super helpful. I need someone who's been there felt this lol.
Yes it is insane!! Totally possible to keep flipping I'm just hoping hers doesn't. Sending out those vibes. I can't imagine how painful that flipping is 3rd tri tho @boymom_
@kambam, my boy was still flipping at 39wks and was born 7lbs 15oz 21.5inches.. Insane right? "They say" movement like this is so rare after 36wks but if baby is strong enough its very possible.. I was surprised myself till he was born I couldn't believe his strength LOL hope this doesn't upset u, not trying To correct u at all. Just sharing a part of my story I didn't even expect myself lol
Keep your you appt. Just in case! I has a scheduled csection and the day I went in for it he actually went head down over night! So they proceeded to Induce for vaginal, I was 39wks on the day so they recommended i do this because if i went home and he went breech again they dont want you going in to labor with mine and babies risks so high .. Is yours scheduled for 39wks?
@tessamariednvn we're trying to decide. Either way she's full term and healthy and that's all I care about
Well that is good. Now you can go at least up until you schedule date if all it well, are you going to continue to let her go until she's ready? Or c-section ?
@tessamariednvn they told me it was my decision, but they were supportive of me keeping my date for the simple fact that this is the 3RD TIME my little lady has turned around
If shes turned back around then I would think the doctors would tell you if you should keep the c-section or just let her go... They can always do an emergency c-section right? If need be?
@liz41395 totally understand that. I have fear on both sides of this. Fesr of the unknown with a VBAC...amd fear of another c-section
@ladya16, mine went really well. I mean it was hard and I had to have staples and stuff but for a c section it went well. So I’m kinda getting scared of being induced and delivering vaginally because it’s all just so unknown to me. Not knowing what’s going to happen is driving me nuts lol
I know I would hate that. The women who go through it are strong. Best of luck mama.
@liz41395 I had and emergency one with my son that pretty much traumatized me...so I'm not the biggest fan of them. But now bc I had already come to terms with having one on sat...im just...lost
I’m getting induced Monday, but we don’t have extremely high hopes of it working and I may end up with a repeat c section. I still want to try though, because if it DOES work I know I’ll feel so much better after!
@kambam I hope not. Bc after my c-section with my son...I'm really not into c-sections much.
C sections can be really hard. It will be hard to keep up with a toddler and newborn while trying to recover from one. If you can avoid it you should try. If you do choose the c section I hope it goes well and you recover quickly! Either way healthy baby and healthy mama is what matters most!
To be honest that's always a risk for natural labor. I wouldn't recommend any induction but I don't think she'll move again before labor
@kambam I think I want to. But I am terrified that I will try to go for natural...and still end up with a c-section
@kambam yes girl. It is crazy painful to have her flip
