Don't have sex every single day. Ever other or ever 3 days is best. It helps the man accumulate more sperm.
Yeah definitely start using good quality ovulation kits and period tracker apps. I use an app literally called period tracker and Clear Blue ovulation kits because there is no guess work involved.
Also working out helps to encourage fresh blood to get to all your important bits for both of you.

Hmm 🤔 okay tysm! I’m just ready to figure this out, gonna look that up. I don’t understand, had my son eight years ago without trying and wasn’t ready now I’m more than ready and comfortable with my life and can’t get pregnant. Ughhh.

@vanessa.brown89, OPKs detect ovulation and temping confirms ovulation.
Temping you take temps every morning and it will show a spike once ovulation has occurred.
OPKs Detect LH and gets darker the closer to ovulation you are. I just bought 50 for $13 on Amazon.
What is opks? Temping?
We just haven’t been using anything to prevent it.
