We don’t do preschool. If our state had universal preschool through the public school I would send them. But I’m not paying for it and I don’t feel it’s necessary

Madeline just turned one but is already signed up for preschool for Sept 2019. She will be 2y4m. It’s a private Montessori school.

@tristansmama2015, My oldest son went when he was 4. When he went to kinder he already knew so much! I didn’t send my second son and he had a harder time catching on. I wish I had I think preschool is a great idea love!

@preciouslove, thanks girl and good thing is my baby won’t have to go everyday but I think him being in playgroups and being with other kids will help prepare him

Matthew will be starting in September. He is 4. We did that with Danny and he loved going and really helped him prepare for Kindergarten. We only did a few days in the mornings. It was great for social skills as well.

He starts preschool in September. He'll be two on Monday. It's only two half days for now. He doesn't go to daycare so I want him to have that type of socialization.

@nomli, yup my son has never been to daycare but he has cousins his age and he does good with other kids so I wanna encourage it

I am going i enroll my little one in a class in september. Once a week for 30 minutes and im going to be in the class with her. We are doing it so she gets used to socializing with other kids &’ as well as adults.

But when she is older, we are defintely going to have her join preschool so she has experience with having that teacher and student interaction.

My son will start preschool 3 weeks before his 4th birthday It’s free only if you live in their school district and we do plus he will be going to kindergarten there next year. I am starting him off with a half a day not sure if it’s everyday or not yet he has his screening in July I am going to ask then.
