Where did he tell you he was going?

@damn.it.red, he’s gone on deployment training for the army so I know where he is at but still don’t know why he turned his location off and will just tell me bc he wanted too

@paigerue2013, he could have turned it off to save his battery since you know where he is. Men are ducking weird

My uncle is deployed in the middle East Navy .. they aren't allowed to tell you everything some times and can't be located he can get in major trouble for some things so don't feel too bad.. his wife my aunt is also in the army both over 20 years till this day I'm sure he is ok. I know that distance can be hard

He probably had to turn off his location but idk why he wouldn’t be telling you he loves you. That part is extra weird.

I'm surprised they let him have it. When my nephew was gone training he couldn't have one. W went weeks without hearing from him. I'm sure he was told to turn out off

When my ex was deployed he wasn't aloud to have a phone at all they would randomly let him call once in a while it's hard but keep your head up

He probably isn’t allowed to share location while on deployment. From experience, when my family members have training expeditions or are on active duty, they are not allowed to share location. The only details we are allowed to have are the general region. It’s a safety precaution they are forced to take in case of any sort of compromise....someone hacks military personnel phones, military personnel family (spouse, sibling, child, parent) phone or personal comp, or if someone were to get their hands on a phone/comp with sensitive material (spouse with shared location). It really is safest for them not to share info.

As for he lack of communication, it depends on the training they are doing and potentially if any member of the unit has lost privileges for the entire group. Unfortunately, one bonehead can ruin it for the entire group.

Have you tried asking him -what his deal is?

Sorry you’re feeling alone but like the other ladies said , he is probably not allowed to share location for security reasons. As far as not telling you he loves you back , maybe try asking him what’s going on. He could be stressed from the vigorous training and doesn’t know how to handle all the pressure . HUGS

@caffeine.fiend, I’m military also he is allowed to have his phone and doesn’t have to turn it off he literally just did it after two weeks lol I know how deployment and all that works since I was deployed at age of 18 lol

@expectinggreatness, if he’s stressed he should be able to talk to me! I been deployed and through training and away from my family! Lol he is also allowed to have his phone and doesn’t have to turn his location off...they don’t know if he is actually being deployed or not just training for a “just Incase thing” but he didn’t mind because of the pay...but I don’t know what is going on!!

@paigerue2013 Then, try not answering his phone calls... Make him worry a bit... Give him a taste of his own medicine... See if that makes him talk then.

@paigerue2013, Men are different . I’m not justifying him not talking to you but I do know they handle emotions differently . Some men shut down easily . Hopefully you can get the answers you want and get this resolved when you talk to him.

@paigerue2013, I apologize. I was just relaying the information I have been given by my family as to the restrictions when they are deployed and on training missions.

Your husband may be experiencing stress he is unwilling to share at this time. He may also have a desire for radio silence, so to speak. Until he comes home or contacts you, you won’t know what he’s thinking. Please be patient and don’t jump to conclusions
