Random question FTM here lol
But is washing all babys clothes before baby comes something everyone did? Sorry not sure I’m wording this correctly 😬
Yes! Not because of the hands that have touched them but because of the conditions the clothes are shipped in — mold, mice, etc. Plus, why not clean things before putting them on the most precious thing in your life?
Always wash the clothes you buy, for your kids or yourself. I have seen boxes of clothes in the back warehouse that had mice living in them simply shaken out and then put on the floor to sell. I didn't always wash clothes before seeing that, but I certainly do now.
Also so many germs from the retail stores ppl touching the stuff things falling on thr floor etc. Maybe just wash the nb and 3 months 3 to 6 months
Yes for sure! I've washed everything washable, babys skin is so sensitive! I highly suggest doing so..
I didn't. I told my mom I was going to and she started talking about how people are so paranoid that all her kids are grown and healthy lol. So I just decided not to bother with it
Second hand, yes. Just because we don't know for sure what was in that house or what kind of condition they were in (stains, smells etc.) Also not sure if they had any sort of bugs to worry about. Brand new we haven't seen the need to.
