Second hand, yes. Just because we don't know for sure what was in that house or what kind of condition they were in (stains, smells etc.) Also not sure if they had any sort of bugs to worry about. Brand new we haven't seen the need to.
Yes! Not because of the hands that have touched them but because of the conditions the clothes are shipped in — mold, mice, etc. Plus, why not clean things before putting them on the most precious thing in your life?
Always wash the clothes you buy, for your kids or yourself. I have seen boxes of clothes in the back warehouse that had mice living in them simply shaken out and then put on the floor to sell. I didn't always wash clothes before seeing that, but I certainly do now.
I didn't. I told my mom I was going to and she started talking about how people are so paranoid that all her kids are grown and healthy lol. So I just decided not to bother with it

Most people do and I’d recommend doing so .. since soo many hands have touched them and u don’t know where ppls hands been 🤷🏻♀️ I’m a ftm to and wen the time comes I am gunna be washing all her clothes before she comes except the ones that are for wen she’s bigger.
