Anyone else have a blighted ovum and went on for a successful second pregnancy? Had my ultrasound today should have been 10 weeks, and all that was there was an empty sac 😢😢😢

I had a blighted ovum in April to July in 2015. I've had two successful pregnancies. So there's some hope. Baby stopped growing at about seven weeks or so

@leenie, they didn’t even say when baby stopped growing. Just that there was an empty sac when I went today

@hollybeari07 I ended up having like five or six scans done. I'm assuming they guessed at when the baby stopped growing. (I saw a different tech each time)

I did last year around this time. 😢 now I’m 20 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby. Hugs love

@leenie, oh ok. Yeah, today was my first. I kind of had a feeling but then I didn’t if that makes sense. Thank you @gypsyqueen90, we will try again. It will just take me a little bit of time

@hollybeari07, we have found out about that and then got another opinion of him she took bloodwork etc. so my levels that went from like 11,000 something down to like nine and then I had went to my regular doctor and she did bloodwork and it drop down to 8000. So then that same day I went to get a ultrasound done and my husband was right there with me and he seen one baby was behind the other one but that heartbeat was stopped in the other one the heartbeat was like really really faint like it was getting ready to stop. So then that Saturday I went to the ER and they did ultrasound and they were like I’m so sorry but do you know they’re gone so at first there was not to be seen supposedly and then there were two babies in there and they have both passed on so then I had to wait until Monday to go to another hospital and that’s where they gave me two pills to take and they had me wait for like 30 minutes to make sure I didn’t have a reaction and then I went home and you know went through the process. But After July I had a cycle and then I didn’t have a cycle at all so then when I did find out I was pregnant in like January like a late January I thought I was about like five or six months and I wasn’t and it was we are cause I’m like well I haven’t had a cycle so I don’t know when I got pregnant but so far everything’s going good they send me to high risk so I’m there getting the baby monitor in myself but everything work out for you and your husband keeping you guys in my thoughts sorry so long. Hopefully it makes sense I’m using the speak to text
