Ugh. Insurance is such a pain! Although I am married I am still on my parents plan because I am 25 and they have great insurance. Just found out after the second OB visit that OB and pregnancy is NOT covered. Now switching onto my husbands plan but have to pay out of pocket for everything so far. Anyone have similar experiences? This is a foreign language to me!

That’s weird I’m 25 and have been ineligible for my parents insurance since I got married. You must be unwed to be on their insurance

I didnt get dropped when I got married. Had two kids under my parents insurance. Thank God! My parents no longer have that insurance so I'm finally on my own.

Yeah my first pregnancy I was double insured but my parents insurance didn’t cover pregnancy for dependents so I switched my primary to my husbands. Sucks but oh well
