I see all these pregnant women with their belly buttons poking out but mines isn’t??!! Is something wrong

I’ve been waiting for mine to pop out! I think it’s so cute lol

Mine never did, with any of my kids. IDK why or why not tho.

3rd baby and mine has never popped! I’m good with it from what I hear the skin is sensitive
