Don’t worry! Haha I ate a big meal in the hospital, not long after my water broke, I got the epidural and baby came. I’m sure her 💩 twin came along too. But it’s not a big deal- you need your strength- eat up! I think almost every mom does, the nurses just don’t always tell you. I mean we push so hard- even if you hadn’t eaten solids for a week, I’m sure some poop would get dislodged from somewhere. ——- side note- I watch Call the Midwives, and it seems they used to give women enemas before delivery! Not recommended any more I don’t think, but interesting. I’d rather poop then to get an enema while in labor.

Girl not gonna lie. It happened to me and I knew it did but 9 times outta 10 you don't know. And they wipe it and clear it away really fast and no one makes a big deal about it. I am proud of it tbh because i pushed out my daughter (:
