My husband and I went through what felt like absolute hell and torment to get our rainbow baby. It challenged every inch of our marriage. They say the first year of marriage is always the hardest but try that added with not one but two miscarriages. As we've been closing in on the last 2 months before Parker gets here, we have been prepping the house and enjoying loads of parenting/pregnancy related TV. Last night we watched a couple of episodes of Expecting. One had a woman with multiple losses and the other even had a woman who suffered a stillborn loss but both women got their rainbows at the end. My husband sat there in tears on the couch and looks at me and says "I love you" and kissed me and held my belly.
I've never been more in love.
