Yes, it’s a about a 10 minute drive from me. We bought last year on a new development in Rochester. It’s a very nice location, you have the fast train that takes 16-18 minutes to get to St Pancras. Blue water is on your doorstep. Only thing to consider is that it’s a massive development with over 4000 new homes being built. We looked at The Bridge in Dartford, we weren’t keen on how large the development was so opted to buy in Strood/Rochester. The development was smaller- 51 homes for sale, 6 part buy part rent and 8 affordable housing for rent.
