Any body on here have a spouse that is active duty? My fiancé is in the national guard right now and is wanting to go active duty. He would get so many great benefits along the way. Just kinda wanting to know how it’s like? They would pay for my son and I to stay home while he works everyday 5a-2p.

@honeyxxbee, yeah that’s true. I didn’t think of it like that. They will say anything to get them to do something lol but thanks for the advice hun! I’m a little nervous 😬

@honeyxxbee, I’m sorry to hear that ): but he was told he would work a normal job 5-2 and get to come home every day. Was he gone days on end or what? I mean I think he should do it if he really wants to but if he’s going to be gone a lot I don’t think that’s best for our son.

Not a spouse but my dad is active duty and he gets great benefits. My sister and I also went to college paid for by the national guard which was great too. Best of luck to you guys!
