Anyone dealing with pregnancy induced carpel tunnel? I have it in both wrists and it hurts so bad. I got wrist splints to wear when sleeping and as I can throughout the day but it’s not getting better. My index, middle, and ring finger on my right hand are numb from the top of my fingers to the middle and it hurts to make a clenched fist left isn’t nearly as bad but still hurts. Any tips or tricks someone could suggest?

I had it last pregnancy and my fingers stayed numb till 6 months postpartum! It was awful but it eventually went away

I have it in both wrists. Just keep with the braces every night I didn't notice a difference right away but one night I fell asleep without them on after weeks of wearing them religiously and the pain I felt was unreal. But the numbness and no strength I have found nothing that makes that better. I haven't felt either of my hands since about 30 weeks.

I had it during pregnancy also. My doctor said it was likely due to excess fluid compressing my wrists (I had a lot of swelling).
Wear your wrist braces every night. Ice might also help, in small doses. The good news is that it usually goes away after you give birth. I brought my wrist braces to the hospital for delivery, just in case! Lol
Good luck to you hun!

@wishing434ever, oh my goodness, that sounds horrible! Mine resolved pretty quickly after giving birth. Did you get back all functioning/pain free?

I had it while I was pregnant and it got worse fairly quickly cause of how much typing and writing I was doing at work. I ended in therapy for both my hands it got better with therapy my hands only went numb at work if I typed for an hours straight

Try filling a deep pot with water as warm as you can tolerate. Put like a cup of epsom salt in and let your wrists soak a minimum of 20 mins
