My baby boy is almost a month. I love him so much but I can’t put him down that much without him fussing ( I also think he has colic)and I mean 24/7 I sleep him on me so he will stay asleep. I know he’s to small to be spoiled and I don’t mind the cuddles but I also have 3 other kids. Any ideas from mamas who have gone thru this? I’ve tried the swing, bouncer, boppy, and all that only works for a few mins.

I agree with mommytotheo. I have 4 kids and my youngest 2 had reflux problems. I couldn't put them down for more than a few minutes at a time because they would wake up and start hard crying. They outgrew it by 4 months or so, but it was sometimes difficult to get things done. I ended up just keeping them strapped to me in a baby sling and that helped at least free up my hands.

@linsceb, @mommytotheo, I bought one I need to use it more it’s just so hot where I live to always have it on😓
Angela·
@linsceb, I hope mine outgrows it soon. He was way worse screaming his head off till we switched his formula to nutramigen. What else did u do for the reflux? I bought some drops that are supposed to help but I jus started em.
Angela·
@mommytotheo, @linsceb, what did u do at night?
Angela·
@moriah_, thanks hun I have some I’ve bought everything possible lol and I massage his tummy with warm olive oil I feel so bad and so tired:(
Angela·
@moriah_, ok I’ll try that! I haven’t thought of that!

@preciouslove one son was put on meds for it, and i slept propped upright with him on my chest....not the best way to handle it, but that's how we both got sleep. With my youngest we swaddled him and he slept in his rock and play.
Angela·
@linsceb, he naps in his rock and play sometimes if I’m lucky, that’s the only thing he will sleep in. If he doesn’t get better I’m gona ask his Dr for meds. The formula has helped a lot he was worse.
Linda·
@preciouslove glad he got some relief with the formula, yeah, talk to the doctor and see what they say. Also, i live in florida, so i understand about being hot baby wearing. I had a stand up fan pointed on me at all times, on top of having the a.c. and ceiling fans on.

@austinsmommy, thanks love I will try anything!
