You should do some work outs while wearing it. I wore one after my last pregnancy and i didnt work out as soon as i was satisfied with results i took mine off and my belly slowly over few days came back out and looked worse than it did when i started it was really squishy and soft.

No it’s not uncomfortable and yes if u wear a tight shirt u can tell u eating it so wear like a shirt u can’t see it in @kkillgorefamily,

I definitely see a difference. Make sure not to start working out until your dr approved you too.

I know you said it’s comfortable but how about the part in your crotch/ inner thighs. Is that part comfortable? Or does it rub a lot?
