Any advice about transitioning my toddler to her own room. Our house is a completely open floor plan and her room is directly across from ours just separated by the living room so it’s not like she’s far from me. She’ll sleep in her toddler bed (it’s right beside my bed like she can stand up in it and climb into my bed) sometimes all night sometimes for a couple of hours and sometimes only a few minutes.. she has to be cuddled to go to sleep and she has a horrible sleep schedule that we’ve been working on but still not good yet.. any advice and suggestions are sooooo appreciated! I’m desperate 😩

I sit on the floor beside my daughters bed til she falls asleep. Sometimes she wants me to lay with her, she has a twin bed so we both fit. Once she’s out I leave the room and she will wake in the middle of the night to come to my bed. Eventually I’ll have to stop that but it works for us right now.

I’ll give that a try. I don’t mind her coming to get in my bed but I’d like at least a little bit of time to stretch out and enjoy a little sleep lol
