I did it myself.... they just sent me to the bathroom and gave me the swab.

@makethatfour, my midwife asked me if I wanted to do it myself or she could do it and I’ve done my last 3 on my own. You could ask your ob/midwife.

I don’t get what’s so bad about all it is a swirl of a qtip and it takes 3 seconds... I did it myself as well.
