That’s rough mama! I’m sorry to hear you’re having such a tough time. When your husband comes home from work, let him take over and you take some time to yourself! Could you possibly put the kids in daycare or a moms day out program a couple of days per week to have some time to yourself?

Too many bad things happening in daycare in my city. My husband be already tired😓

@hardknockmama he might be tired, but he has a responsibility as a father. You shouldn’t have to do it all by yourself! You need a break as well. Would you like to be added to our black moms chat? Come vent away with us!

Ik how u feel.. I’m not a sahm but I literally never get a break.. never but I hope it gets better.. maybe just go for a drive sometime and let hubby watch the kiddos.. just to get a peace of mind

@hardknockmama man my husband be sayin the same damn thing but being home my anxiety is thru the roof with my kids actin crazy sometimes. And its struggle at nap time smdh. I got invited to my sil Mary kay party yesterday but he didnt wanna watch the 3 kids by himself after workin All day so i missed it. 😔😩

I @cmjohnson3047, I miss everything. From meetings to girls nights. I feel like I can't breathe. My anxiety Meds don't even work now that I'm expecting. All they do is make me sleepy and go to the bathroom all day
