@kambam, I thought about it, but my conscious would be fucked up if they got fired. I’ve been trying to tell myself maybe they really needed it. Like maybe they have kids and they needed diapers and formula or something. They’re lucky I didn’t notice until I was out of town (I live 2hrs away from where I had to take it) because Ryan would have went in and threw a fit!

Idk stealing is never right. There have been many times I was desperate but didn't steal from another person! I'm sure they know you have kids too your carseat is in there??? That's just messed up to me.

@kambam, the seat was in there! It sucks and stealing definitely isn’t okay but I don’t want the guy to get fired either. I don’t know it’s a hard decision. The guy from the company just texted asking if everything was up to my liking.

Get your ac fixed for free then at least. Just be like "hey, I'm not satisfied with my service...i noticed that it's not cold etc"

@kambam, I think I’m definitely gonna tell them I had to run the ac on full blast to keep us cool. It’s way too hot to be driving around without.

@kambam, we had a 2018 hynduai tuscon for a rental and I think I got a little too used to it. The ac in that thing was amazing!! I was freezing in that car!
