So I seen a specialist today again for GD.. but of course they tell me why I got it or so on but also tell me mother's have a high risk of giving birth to a stillborn and that MAKES ME SO AFRAID! so my question is what is the chanes of that happening?😭 Anyone know?

Relax I have GD you just have to really do the food change and you'll be ok and measure your sugar they gave me the same speech just eat well and you'll be fine your almost there

I had GD also and I was fine. I even had to take insulin 3 times a day and my son was born without any problems. Just watch what you eat and if you have to take insulin follow their instructions. It’s hard but everything will be fine.

I had gd and I was fine which I was placed on insulin my numbers went way down . They also kept saying one of the risk of gd is a big baby fat elk my daughter was born at 6 pounds 2 ounces not big at all. . The only other thing with the gd was I got induced

@destinyeunique, no I got induced at 39 weeks 5 days had my baby the following day at 39 weeks 6 days
