Every month except for last month this year my son has thrown up and/ or diaherra for a day or two…

Every month except for last month this year my son has thrown up and/ or diaherra for a day or two then returns back to normal. Idk what the issue is because like I said it has happened once every month except for last month. Anyone had a similar issue?
