Okay ladies what’s the best way for me to cook a delicious steak on the stove or in the oven?

I prefer grill lol but I actually cooked one in the oven last night and it was sooo good and tender

Put a lil water in the pan season it good and cover it with foil.. cook it on low.. like 300 so it doesn’t get tough.. cooking it fast and in high will make it tough

I agree with ya there but we are out of propane for ours and don’t have a charcoal one yet so I’m stuck using my stove or oven

You could always do stove then broil in oven

Well I think both. Turn the stove on a good high heat. Let it sizzle then turn it let it have a beautiful color and then put it in the over til it cooked to your choosing. Medium rare I put 5 more minutes after grilling each side for its color.
