@boymamaof1 Red Maca root...and Black Cohosh cd1 (usually I'd say with clomid until the last day of that ) but take it for 12 days cd1- cd12 80mg (Walmart spring valley there 40mg)...a Basil thermometer I reccomend the Fermomiter its blue tooth highly accurate (I'll send a picture of it) start prenatal I take Nature Made plus DHA (Walmart 11$) they have the full amount of folic acid and DHA needed..start opks 2 days when period ends closer it looks positive test 3 times a day never w fmu always 2nd or 3rd on between 12pm and 9pm..keep a journal with them. Once positive you'll ovulate between that day and next 2 days example..

@boymamaof1 only the black cohosh for 12 days the red maca take as soon as you get it and take daily every day for 3m then rest a month with it then start again
