So last year in November when I first got into Planning I bought a $50 FiloFax Planner on impulse. Instantly had buyers regret and started a return through Amazon and bought a cheaper one to use. Well I never got around to shipping it back due to bed rest and my blood clot in my leg. Well I found it today while moving boxes (we moved houses) and I decided to call Amazon and see if I could still return it. Well they said the company doesn’t sell on amazon anymore so I can’t return it, however they decided to give me a full refund anyway in the form of a Amazon Giftcard 🙌🏽

If that isn’t the best customer artifice you’ve ever heard then idk what is 🤭

Now to start buying off my baby wishlist 😂
