For ladies who go braids before having baby at what point did u get ur hair done? It so hard to try…

I did mine at about 36 weeks.. I delivered at 38. I didn’t have the time to do them with my first.. I planned to do them around 37/38 weeks cuz everyone told me that you always go overdue with your first... I delivered at 37 weeks.

I usually do about 36 weeks. Last time I delivered at 38 weeks....I just got my hair braided with this baby and I'm 38 weeks

A week before but idk whether I’m getting hair done my sister works Two jobs

Im right before you. Was holding out but i have a wedding Saturday so going to the hairdresser first thing in the morning nd nails Tuesday since ill be busy there after. I hope ill be able to go bk nd fresh up but the way I feel at times...its a drag.

I just went 3 weeks ago... but that’s bc I don’t want them to be too tight. They will come out maybe 2-3 weeks after birth. Plus too many hours sitting.... I know my body and tolerance level. 33 weeks was perfect for me.

That’s the same thing I was thinking because you want to be kinda fresh so you won’t have to worry about your hair after your baby comes . You don’t want to to tight and comfortable but you need them to hold up for a little bit after the baby !!
