Am I aloud to help pain the nursery? I’m 31 weeks I’ve had a couple people say no and some said yes if a window is open I have an appointment tomorrow and I’ll also ask my doctor.

I’ve decorated ours but kept the window open and kept going downstairs and having a break every 30mins or so lol x

Only with a respirator mask, not the thin white things. As the goal is to not breath in toxic fumes.

I was told yes but only with paint masks and ventilation

@heilwife317 I was told those masks are fine if room stays ventilated

@mamabearof2girlsnaboy you just have to be very careful. If you can smell it with a window open obviously the ventilation isn't enough. My OB said if it's a must for you to do the safest way is a true respirator.

@heilwife317 pry also depends on the paint! they do make paint that has less fumes but Im just going by what my Dr told me!!! Lol

Vent the room. Just be careful to not over due it. All the hard work & reaching I did they believe opened my cervix. I don’t know if that is what solely did it but it was the only major thing I did.
