With this pregnancy I have lost weight I had morning sickness bad in the beggining now I am throwing up because of a cold so upset just trying to put on some weight because I am supposed to be gaining weight right now before my next Dr's appointment because me losing so much weight in the beggining

I was sick all day until 22 weeks and lost quite a bit. I found it very quickly once I quit getting sick :) hope you feel better soon!

@jrhynard25 thank you they are just worried because my heart condition I have had my heart stop before and when that happened I loss my babies so yeah so for me it is a big concern

@stevens.mary18, yeah, definitely scary 🙏🏻 I’m having twins and they wanted me to try and gain 25 pounds by 20 weeks to help with their birth weights. I failed pretty miserably. Are you taking anything for the nausea? I had good luck with unisom/b6 at night. At least it minimized how much I was throwing up. I also drank instant breakfast with milk to try and get more calories in. Hope you are feeling better soon 🤗

@jrhynard25. They are putting me on ensure other than that nothing helps it mostly is because I have a cold that everytime I cough I throw up

That sucks, I’m sorry. Those high calorie drinks might help offset the weight loss a bit anyway.

@stevens.mary18, they probably taste a lot better now! I was going to try ensure but my nausea finally got better.

@jrhynard25 well they weren't bad when I was kid and I hope mine goes away soon but I might have nasal congestion so that might go away for awhile so hoping for no more nausea soon
