Has anyone been dealing with alot of pressure vaginally after walking for a half hour or more? I'm almost 31 weeks, but Dr said I'm not dilating or even thinned out at all, kinda worried baby girl won't come out when it is her time, but the pressure is unbelievably painful..
The baby just must be sitting really low. My son was low my entire pregnancy I felt like he was just going to fall out. (Funny thing is my job bones are to small and I ended up having to have a c section cause I couldn’t push him out cause he wouldn’t fit ) but I always felt pressure down there !
Yes. I went through that a lot too. The pressure was insane. What helped me was sitting or laying with my feet propped up on a pillow for awhile.
@lpiper97, doctors are human they can be wrong, listen to your body.
@lpiper97 they are wrong stay laying down today and relax the pain will go away I had that happen too
@verguinia, my dr tells me there's no such thing as walking to much, but I feel they are definitely wrong
I felt that and the doctors said put heat pad to stop the hurt you over walked take it easy
Meeeeee! Oh my gosh. My dr said it was normal and might even get worse before birth. I have the worst pressure during and after walking and when using the bathroom all the time.
It’s good that your cervix is thick and not ready yet!
As for your vagina...I pray for all our vaginas lol it doesn’t get better. Mine feels like I’ve been beat with a steal toe work boot. Hot and cold compresses work wonders..I too find when I spend too much time walking or excessive time laying down it’s worse. Gotta find that happy medium. Pelvic and hip stretches are key!! And if you aren’t already find a support pillow for between your thighs and knees...it’s the lightening pain that pushes me over the edge, baby is pushing on nerves I wasn’t aware I had!
