Idk what y'all do for your back pain.. but it's time I tell my doctor I need physical therapy. I feel stupid whining about my back but I can't handle the every day pain. It hurts at work, home, sleeping, no matter what I do it doesn't stop. My body is not used to the extra weight and being front heavy. I'd rather just do the physical therapy and pray to all my angels that it works. I've dealt with so many different types of pains.. this has to be the most painful and annoying. I keep telling myself "if you can't handle a little back pain how are you going to handle labor" I just need to stop scaring myself though. Sorry for such a long rant but I feel this is the only place where I'm truly understood. Even if no one reads this, I just have to get it off my chest.

I recently had a back injury and my Dr prescribed me some muscle relaxer. It helped a lot... it numbs the paim enough for you to be able to stretch it out a little and that helped speed up the recovery process as well.
@cams my doctor offered it last appointment but I didn't take it right away. I have an appointment Monday and I'll tell her jk I need it.
@mariahlynncarr0628, oh ok. I go monthly when pregnant. It really helps ease my aches and pains. 🤷🏻♀️ Hopefully you can get some PT.
@cams chiropractors freak me out. I don't like to be cracked or hearing cracks it sends shivers down my spine. I believe I have a slightly curved spine.. ever since I was a kid.. my mom and grandma also do so kinda hereditary I guess.
Have you been adjusted by a chiro yet?
@zionandbellasmama no I haven't. I don't have alot of money to go buy one and I don't know Nyone ghat has a spare I feel that physical therapy will be just fine.
