Has anyone had super bad back pain. They you can’t walk, that goes down your legs and feels like contractions but only in your back?

Sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs, warm not hot compress, legs up. There’s also some stretches

I would feel like my legs were giving out. It was a weird painful feeling
