My husband works for USIC.. It's a utility locating company - they are always looking. Summer hours can be long but the pay is good if he's willing to do the work.

@goingtobemotherof4babies Nope!! He will get trained (My husband does some of the training)
My hubs had no experience when he started.
Like I said he has to be willing to put in the hours and learn. The benefits are great too!
