@momma.dee, yes there is. Go to the prosecutors office and tell them you are to scared of what will happen if you testify in front of him. There are different options for you testify.

I was way to scared to testify in front of my ex. They gave me options so I could testify.

No idk where u are but my ex was sexually, physically and verbally abusive and even tried to run me over while I was holding our child and they still made me testify in front of him in a open court and that was with a ppo against him and me being in an abuse shelter with our child for protection. Sorry doll it is hard I know but honestly it makes u stronger not fair but man oh man did I get strong ugh!!

Is there an order of protection out?

I think only way they’ll do that is if he abused u n they have a lot of prove. It is scary but u have to do what u have to do.
