@wheelercharle4, you will like it. It’s so rewarding to see how much you can get out lol. I am going to try to bf but I’m kinda traumatized from when I did it with my oldest. So pumping is my other go to. I also supplement with formula so I’m not constantly on the pump

I personally would not think exclusively pumping would be easier then breastfeeding....

@amberspringer I supplemented with my daughter, but only because I worked full time and only had a hand pump and let me tell ya... no, just no. My milk wouldn't come down for the electric pump I had but it was old and I got it really cheap so it's suction probbay sucked lol, so I'm giving this a try again, hopefully I won't have to supplement but as long as baby is fed I'm happy.

I love my medela pump, it worked great as I pumped exclusively with my oldest and for a few months with my 2nd. I gave up after too many tummy issues for my 2nd. I'm going to TRY to breastfeed this baby but am Willing to pump again if we cant make it work.

Oh, and definitely invest in a hands free bra for pumping. Serious life changer!

@melissa_luv228 when you work full time and have to worry about switching back and forth between breast and bottle it is the most difficult thing I have ever been through in my life. I ended up having to throw in the towel at 4 months because of all the nipple confusion.

@wheelercharle4 I went back to work @6 weeks with my last baby and pumped at work and ebf at home. The thing that I think helped me was I only used Medela slow flow nipples on her bottles. So she still had to work to get the milk out it was never easier then the breast. And you never know this baby may do fine with switching between.

I’ve tried medela lansinoh and evenflo pumps and the medela was the best! It’s a good pump. My insurance this 2nd time didn’t offer it
