All I had was water all the time.. but then I lost a lot of nutrients and became severely dehydrated one day, so I was forced to start drinking Gatorade to replenish my electrolytes. My OB told me I didn’t have too, that I needed too.

If you like coconut water it's really hydrating. Or watermelon juice/water.

Ginger ale and sprite were what I could keep down my last pregnancy. Plus they have cranberry ginger ale and I loved that.

Ginger ale and sprite worked for a while then made me sick. I survived on Coke, sweet tea, and Gatorade after that. I could not drink water at all during my first pregnancy.

@kambam I've never tried coconut water but I'll give it a try!

If you can find zico brand it's the best. Other brands are really not good esp for first timers 😆 the zico w pineapple puree is bomb

I like water with mint leaves... Its subtle and refreshing

These settle my stomach! I think its b/c I miss carbonation and it makes me feel like I'm drinking caffeine, several other flavors too from Walmart

I got yelled at cause I drank so much damn apple juice. Can't remember why they yelled at me for it but I know I started watering it down.
