Totally agree with @brittgale track your cycle if you don't already have a period tracking app and start using opk's (ovulation tests) and when you take the ovulation tests make sure to do them around your mid day or later and at the same time of day. You can get some good cheapies on Amazon.

I tried tracking, opks,bbt, and took clomid. Finally when we stopped all of that and just let it be it happened!
